 We have a great pleasure to invite you to participate in the CNEI International Conference to be held in BACAU, Romania, from 05 – 07 November  2009. The organizers of CNEI-07 would like to invite contributions at this biennial traditional event. The 7th edition of CNEI takes place at the University of Bacau, that has been the avant-garde of the Romanian education and academic research.
